Tonpeiyaki Recipe (Easy Okonomiyaki | Grilled Pork and Vegetables Wrapped with Egg)

We will be making a very delicious Tonpeiyaki, which is much easier to make compared to okonomiyaki. Thoroughly sauted long green onion and a soft fluffy egg will make the Tonpeiyaki more delicious.

How to make Tonpeiyaki

(1 person) Cook Time: 10 minutes

50g Thin Pork Slices (1.8 oz)
80g Long Green Onion or substitute: cabbage or moyashi bean sprouts (2.8 oz)
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg
Okonomiyaki Sauce or your favorite sauce
Mayonnaise
Aonori Seaweed

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
