Ingredients for cake （蛋糕材料）:
60g (1/4 cup) corn oil（玉米油）
75ml (1/3 cup) lychee syrup （荔枝糖水）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
100g plain flour（普通面粉）
15g corn starch （玉米粉）
4 egg yolks （蛋黄）
1 whole egg （全蛋）

4 egg whites （蛋白）
1 tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
60g caster sugar （细砂糖）

8” baking tin
8寸圆形烤模

Lychee Martini (荔枝马丁尼）
1 can of lychee with syrup - drain the syrup (荔枝罐头）
50ml Lychee Liqueur （荔枝酒）
50ml Vodka （优特加）

2 tbsp lychee syrup （荔枝糖水）

450g dairy whipping cream （动物性鲜奶油）
3 tbsp caster sugar （细砂糖）
3 tbsp Lychee Martini （荔枝马丁尼）
