Ingredients :
250g unsalted butter(牛油)
120g caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
220g plain flour(普通面粉)
30g corn starch (玉米粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
60ml milk (鲜奶)

50g toasted walnuts, chopped (烤香核桃,切碎)

Salted caramel sauce (焦糖酱):
150g sugar (砂糖)
50ml water (水)
150g whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油
3/4 tsp sea salt (海盐)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱,以170°C烤50分钟。
