中筋面粉400克 (3杯)

白糖10克(1 大勺)
White sugar 10 g (1 tbsp)
盐3克 (1/2茶勺)
Salt 43 g (1 /2 tsp)
无盐黄油25克 (2 大勺)
Unsalted butter 25 g (2 tbsp)
