15 Holland Hill is another super luxurious development by Kheng Leong (the same people behind Meyer House). You could say that it is a similar concept. Spaciously big units, very few units in the development (for exclusivity), and landscaping done by the renowned Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl. While Meyer House is located in the East, this would be considered to take the new ultra luxurious crown at Holland.

It doesn't have the same crazy private lift lobby per unit like Meyer House does, with that special distinction going to the 3 huge penthouse units and the 3 garden maisonette units. Where it also differs is the lovely English gardens in the centre that is designed by Ramboll Studio. It's a refreshing take, and that dedication to a garden space isn't something that you'll see in many other developments.
