INGREDIENTS:
6 Fresh Egg Yolks (you can use Chicken eggs but Duck eggs are highly recommended)
400 gms Rock Salt or Fine Table Salt (approx. 2 cups)
200 gms White Granulated Sugar (approx. 1 cup) (you can also use Washed/Segunda sugar)
10 pcs Laurel Leaves (Dried Bay Leaves), coarsed or powdered
1/8 cup or around 2 Tbsps Ground Black Pepper
1/8 cup or around 2 Tbsps Chili Powder
(Remember that you can put any of your favorite herbs and spices.)
