So if you look at a typical smash potato recipe, they smash and then roast them for crispiness, but they don’t know what we know about smashing.

The basic process is going to be; boil the potatoes until they are soft, then we are going to smash them on the griddle to develop the crust just like the smash burger. Now within this process, I have a couple things I want to test. Follow along to see if it works out!
