• 계란 8알 정도
• 고추장1 + 고춧1 + 진간장1 + 설탕1~2 + 다진마늘 반스푼
• 물 한컵
만들기
1. 계란은 끓는물에 10분정도 삶는다 (취향껏 반숙으로 삶아도 좋음)
2. 팬에 양념, 물 넣고 끓으면 계란넣고 10~15분간 졸인다(중불)
3. 통깨와 참기름을 뿌려 먹는다 (밥사라짐 주의)
