Ingredients:
Bread flour or all purpose flour 210 g (1.5 cups)
Lukewarm milk 100 ml
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
Unsalted butter 15 g (1 tbsp)

Milk or egg wash

Pan size 7"/18 cm
