Ingredients材料:

150g Lotus Biscoff biscuits, finely crushed (焦糖饼干碎)
60g/ 1/4 cup butter (牛油)

500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
100g / 1/2 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 large egg yolks (鸡蛋)- grade A
200g Sour cream (酸奶油)
10g / 2 tbsp corn flour (玉米粉)
100g Lotus Biscoff crunchy spread (焦糖饼干酱)

Topping (表层装饰) :
140g Lotus Biscoff Spread (焦糖饼干酱)
Some Lotus Biscoff biscuits (焦糖饼干)干

Bake in water bath at 160°C for 70minutes.
用水浴法,以160°C烤70分钟。
