By now you know that I love telling you about the best what exercises period to get a round booty. So if your goal is to get a round booty and you want that aesthetic shape than you definitely want to try out these butt exercises. You have to remember that your butt exercises have to target the gluteus maximus in the back gluteus medius and gluteus minimus this means your butt exercises have to target the back of your butt and the sides of your butt. Because when there is an imbalance in the body it can create pain so butt exercises funny enough are actually really great for preventing pain in the body. Remember that when you're doing your butt exercises you need to remember to foam roll your butt foam roll your thighs and also make sure you are stretching correctly. You don't have to be sore when you do butt exercises you can do butt exercises without being sore.
