55 KG underrated Beef offal parts kosha curry recipe cooking by 15 village ladies to serve food to whole village people.
This cow's spleen called in Bengali "Gorur Tilli/Pile" and village people love to cook vuna curry of this with potato.
First 15 Ladies cutting all the tilli into small small pieces and then they boiled it in hot water. After that they cutting huge potato into small small pieces.
Then they added all kind of meat curry ingredient in a pot and added potato with it. Then they added boiled spleen.
After finish cooking 15 ladies serve the food to whole village people. About 400 people eating together.
