Caramel Crunch Stuffed Buns

Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 2 ½ cups
Yeast 2 tsp
Powdered Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk powder 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Beaten egg 1
Milk (lukewarm) 1 cup

Ingredients for Chocolate filling:
Butter 1/3 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Milk chocolate 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Caramel:
Sugar 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared dough
Chocolate filling
Prepared Caramel
Bread crumbs powder as required

Directions for Dough Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, beaten egg, milk powder, milk and knead a soft dough.
2. Grease the bowl and place the kneaded dough in it. Cover with cling film and let it rest until doubles in size.
Directions for Chocolate Filling Preparation:
3. In a pan heat butter and add cocoa powder. Mix and cook until no lumps remain.
4. Now add milk chocolate and mix it well. Make a thick chocolate filling.
Directions for Caramel Preparation:
5. In a pan heat sugar and cook until it turns brown in color. Your caramel is ready. Keep it warm until used.
Directions for Assembling:
6. Take the dough and divide it into 2 parts. Take on part and cut it into 8 equal parts.
7. Make small dough balls and flatten them out with a rolling pin.
8. Place the chocolate filling in the center of the rolled-out dough. Now wrap the dough around the chocolate filling making a bun shape.
9. Now coat the prepared buns in bread crumbs.
10. Place them in a greased baking pan and let them rest for 15 mins.
11. Now bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 mins or until light golden in color.
12. Take them out of the oven and let them cool at room temperature.
13. Now dip the buns in caramel and let it cool until the caramel becomes hard.
14. Your Caramel crunch buns are ready.
