材料 Ingredients (九件/9 pieces)
一百八十克高筋麵粉 180g Bread flour
兩隻大雞蛋(淨重一百一十三克)2 eggs (113g)
二十克牛油溶液 20g melted butter
二十五克生粉 25g potato starch
八分一茶匙幼鹽 1/8tsp salt
半茶匙梳打食粉 1/2 tsp baking soda
適量烤了的核桃 walnuts
一湯匙炒香了的芝麻 1tbsp sesame seeds
一湯匙半椰絲 1.5tbsp coconut flakes
一百三十克麥芽糖 130g maltose
九十克白砂糖 90g sugar
五十毫升清水 50ml water
正方形錫紙盆(直徑八吋,兩吋高)8 inch square tin (2 inch high)
