I've always been a fan of Southern smothered food. Our smothered pork chops recipe is so easy and delicious. We make it with a simple combination of bone-in chops combined with a homemade gravy. To me, the best thing is the caramelized onions. I just could never imagine a dish that is so simple and easy to put together could taste so good.
