Get ready to rise to new heights! This ride is a power HIIT cycling class that will help you increase muscular and cardio endurance, and burn fat, but not only that, it is going to help you push outside of your comfort zone and stay motivated to reach new levels! This ride includes new challenges, powerful music, and high-intensity pushing for a fun, effective ride! 🔥
Make sure to have your water bottle and towel/s nearby because we are going to be sparkling with this ride!! 😅 I can't wait to kick butt with you! Let's do this!
You can always decrease the intensity of this ride by incorporating longer rest periods, decreasing speed, and/or resistance ( do always make sure you feel something under your feet).
If you want to make this a full seated ride, you can remain in the saddle and increase rpm/speed a tad for 2nd position and increase resistance a bit for 3rd position!
