減重名醫下身實測長斷食 提醒8類人千萬別嘗試-民視新聞

【#民視快新聞】影音中心/鄭文晴報導前陣子流行起一股長斷食的風潮,有人挑戰36小時、72小時、120小時斷食,對此減重名醫「宋晏仁」也下身挑戰,不過他特別提醒,要做長時間段時的話,絕對要做好適當的準備,必須先調整成均衡飲食,間歇性斷食,再到超過24小時斷食、擬斷食,最後才能進行長斷食,挑戰成功的宋晏仁指出,如果本身是未成年、懷孕、疾病、服用藥物、膽結石、痛風、消化道問題、沒執行健康飲食1個月以上,以上7類人千萬別隨意嘗試斷食,而過去研究認為36小時的斷食,就能達到許多治療上的效果,所以若不是有什麼疾病要治療,168斷食、204斷食就已非常足夠,就算要斷食,也最多至36小時就夠了,也能降低更多的風險。原始影片連結:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kvKkTwEceEo
