14 Minute Total Body Pilates Class - Warmup, Abs, Butt, Cardio
Today I have a very special workout video for you! Normally this is something that I would only share with my certified POP Pilates instructors, but I thought it’d be fun to have you take one of my choreographed POP Pilates classes! Today we’re going to do the following 4 tracks:
Hundreds - to warm up your core and prep you for the rest of the workout
Ab challenge - to get your abdominal muscles tight and toned
Butt challenge - to lift and round your flutes
Crazy cardio - to get your heart rate up and burn fat
