White granulated sugar 60 g (4 tbsp)
无盐黄油80克
Unsalted butter 80 g
盐1.25克 (1/4茶勺）
Salt 1.25 g （1/4 tsp)
4克泡打粉 (1/2大勺）
Baking powder 4 g （1/2 tbsp）
中筋面粉200克 （1.5 cup）
All-purpose flour 200 g （1 1/2 cup）
1个柠檬皮
Lemon zest
2个鸡蛋
2 Egg white
白糖60克
White granulated sugar 60 g
400克的酸奶
Yogurt 400 g
盐1.25克 (1/4 茶勺
salt 1.25 g （1/4 tsp)
玉米淀粉10克
Corn starch 10 g (1 tbsp)
中筋面粉20克
All-purpose flour 20 g (2 tbsp)

正方形烤盘20㎝×20㎝
pan size 20㎝×20㎝

预热好的烤箱180℃/356℉烤35分钟
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 35 minutes
