HOW TO COOK BEEF RAGU SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 24hrs @ (185°F / 85°C)

* Sauce for Ragu *
2 Cups Diced Carrots
2 Cups Diced Onions
2 Cups Diced Celery
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 Cup Beef Stock
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Red Wine
Salt and Pepper to Taste
