材料 Ingredients:
高筋麵粉300克 300g Strong Flour
清水100毫升 100ml water
30克糖 30g sugar
一隻雞蛋 1 egg
兩湯匙奶粉 2 TBS milk powder
一茶匙雲呢拿香精 1 tsp vanilla essence
1.5茶匙酵母 1.5 tsp yeast
兩湯匙油 2 TBS oil
1/8茶匙鹽 1/8 tsp salt
70毫升水(湯種用的)70ml water (for Utane)
一包腸仔(選擇你喜歡的肉類)1 packet of sausages (any meat you like)
