There are plenty of ways of cooking fried shrimp. This recipe is one the easiest and quickest, moreover you will need ingredients always at hand in the kitchen. The sauce formed in cooking process coats each shrimp – it is rather delicious. So in our video recipe a distinctive Chinese way of frying shrimp that allows changing ingredients to your taste.

✅ Ingredients:
• cooked frozen shrimp – 1 lb | 400 g
• garlic – 3 cloves
• cooking oil – 2 tbsp
• soy sauce – 2 fl oz | 50 ml
• rice vinegar – 1,5 tbsp
• sugar – 3 tbsp
• dried ginger – 1,5 tsp
• red chili flakes – to taste
• sesame seeds – 1 tsp

• pan
• carving board

📙 Preparation:
1. Defrost, peel and devein the shrimp, wash in cold water.
2. Heat a pan with the cooking oil, lay out the shrimp and fry stirring over high heat for 1 minute until golden.
3. Add the chopped up garlic and fry stirring for a minute or half.
4. Add the sugar, ground ginger, chili flakes to taste, rice vinegar and soy sauce, stir well and cook for 1 minute more stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
5. Switch the heat off, sprinkle the fried shrimp with sesame seeds and serve to the table.

❗️Advices:
1. Frozen cooked shrimps can be replaced with raw shrimps or frozen raw.
2. Use your favorite spices according to taste.
3. You can use fresh ginger.
4. Sugar can be replaced with honey.
5. Rice vinegar can be replaced with any your favourite vinegar : white, apple, wine or with lemon juice.
