Ingredients 材料 :

250g （8 ounces) butter （牛油）
110g (3/4 cup) icing sugar （糖粉）
1 egg（鸡蛋）
320g (2 1/2 cups) plain flour （普通面粉）
2 tbsp milk powder （奶粉）

Some blueberry jam （蓝莓果酱）果酱

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minuets.
