✅ Ingredients:
• chicken breast – 14 oz | 400 g
• udon noodles – 7 oz | 200 g
• bell pepper – 4 oz | 120 g
• carrot – 2,5 oz | 70 g
• onion – 2,5 oz | 70 g
• garlic – ⅓ oz | 10 g
• ginger – ⅔ oz | 20 g
• chili pepper – to taste
• scallion – ½ oz | 15 g
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
• soy sauce – 2 oz | 50 ml
• teriyaki sauce – ½ cup | 120 ml
• salt – to taste
• ground black pepper – to taste
• roasted sesame seeds – 1 tsp

✔︎ You will need:
• pan
• stockpot
• carving board

📙 Preparation:
1. Chop up the ginger and garlic, cut the onion into slices, cut the carrot and the bell pepper into thin long strips .
2. Cut the chicken into not big strips, salt lightly and pepper (½ tsp of each) – this makes chicken taste richer.
3. Heat the pan well, add the oil and fry the ginger over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the chicken and stir fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown stirring occasionally.
5. Add the onion into the pan and fry with the chicken over high heat for 1 minutes.
6. Add the carrot into the pan and fry all the stuff for 1 minutes more.
7. Heat water in the stockpot and boil the udon noodles acc. package instructions.
8. Add the bell pepper in the pan and fry for a minute.
9. Add the garlic and red chili pepper into the pan and stir.
10. Add the soy and teriyaki sauces into the pan, stir.
11. Add some water and simmer for a minute.
12. Drain the noodles and wash with cold water.
13. Lay the noodles into the pan, stir well and keep simmering for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
14. Switch off the stove. Add some large-cut green onion and roasted sesame seeds and stir. The udon noodles with the chicken and vegetables is ready!

👍 Advices: 
1. You can use your favourite noodles: ramen, somen, soba, glass or instant.
2. You can use beef or pork meat or ground meat instead chicken breast.
3. Chicken thigh fillet can be used instead chicken breast.
4. The vegetables and greens can be chosen based on availability and the season. For example zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms or green beans are also works.
5. Soy sauce and teriyaki sauce use to taste. Some one’s can be a little bit salty.
6. Fresh chili pepper can be changed by sriracha sauce or any hot chili sauce.
7. You can add 1 tsp sesame oil for more asian flavor.
