Happy Tuesday! I'm sorry for changing up the days of posting, but I thought why not try something different! How many of you enjoyed the full week of vlogs? I really enjoyed making them and I think I can do them a little more often! Another fun video I'll be sharing with you guys every week for the next four weeks is my clean eating challenge. I am going to be cutting out sugars, artificial additives, and testing out an anti-inflammatory diet. Have you ever heard of this?

So starting tomorrow morning, there will be no added sugar for a month, which for me isn't going to be so hard, but for Max... that's a different story, he loves his milk chocolate! I'll share my workouts, most of my meals, and some of the things we are testing out!

I hope you guys have been enjoying the IG lives with Sami and I. I can't believe it's been almost two months since social distancing started, I just want to remind everyone to be safe, protect yourself, and be conscious of those around you!

If there is something you'd like to share with me, comment down below, if it's private, I'll be available on my cell phone by text. I think it would be fun to set a time once a month to be able to take your calls. I have been randomly calling you guys and getting in touch, but maybe if I set aside one day then more of us could speak.
