In this video, we will talk about weight loss mistakes to avoid. This vlog is also suitable for beginners who like to start their weight loss journey. It contains weight loss tips, weight loss diet mistakes, understanding what weight loss mistakes beginners make, and some snacks tips from yours truly.

You may wonder what it is you're doing wrong. Battling your weight and not getting to anywhere you want. With all of the constantly healthy lifestyle, good eating habits, and regular exercise routine. We will talk about these small and big mistakes that can lead to a weight loss plateau and sabotage your results. These are the things you might be doing that are a hindrance to reaching your desired weight.

To achieve your weight loss goals, you can start by concentrating on eating clean. This will naturally make you feel more energized than starving yourself. Plan out and prepare meals that will give you a significant advantage of weight loss. Don't stress about it too much and have fun doing it with your family. Also, don't sleep deprive yourself. Study shows that metabolism slows down when your body is lack of rest and sleep. Take time for yourself and enjoy your bedtime routine, and your body will thank you.

Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
