I love this recipe from Isabel's (e)Cookbook, Tiny Pantry. I have never baked over an open fire and coals before--so I thought I'd give it a try with this recipe. Cooking over an open flame is an art that I'm still learning; therefore, don't mind the burnt 'Summer Fruit Crisp' lol.

I did most of my prepping at home because I knew I wouldn't have access to a blender in the wild--and I knew I would have to hike into this location I filmed in because the access road to these camp sites are closed in the winter. Overall I had a great time out in nature! I hope you all enjoy this quick video.
