It always nice to see someone else's perspective on food. What I liked about this recipe was its simplicity and gorgeous flavours. This is a lot like our Burmese Seebiyan except we blend/liquidise the onions. I would recommend you try this in chicken with bones. Serve with my Burmese dish Aseyn Tenet. Recipe posted earlier.
