Ingredients 配方:

Dough(can make 10 pieces,30g/each)面团(可以做10个皮,30克/个):

All purpose or bread flour 180 g (1 cup + 3 tbsp) 中筋面粉或高筋面包粉180克
Instant dry yeast 1.5 g (1/4 tsp) 酵母1.5克
Granulated Sugar 7 g (1/2 tbsp) 白糖7克
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp) 盐1.5克
Vegetable or canola oil 15 ml 炒菜油15毫升
cold water 110 ml(can adjust amount) 凉水110毫升(可调整)

Moon cake Fillings (22 pieces 30 g/each)月饼馅(22个馅料,30克/个):
peanut 35 g 花生米35克
Almonds 35 g 杏仁35克
cashew 35 g 腰果35克
pecan 25 g 碧根果25克
walnut 25 g 核桃仁25克
pumpkin seed 15 g 南瓜籽15克
sunflower seeds 20 g 葵花籽20克
black sesame seeds 3 g 黑芝麻3克
white sesame seeds 7 g 白芝麻7克
raisin 25 g 葡萄干 25克
dried cranberry 25 g 蔓越莓干 25克
dried mango 30 g 芒果干30克
dried Pineapple 20 g 菠萝干 20克
crystal sugar 30 g 冰糖30克
Glutinous rice flour 160 g 糯米粉160克
Granulated Sugar 50 g (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) 白糖50克
Vegetable or canola oil 60 ml 熟的炒菜油60毫升
maltose 40 g(optional) 麦芽糖 40克(可不加)
cold water 80 ml(can be adjusted) 凉水80毫升(可调整)
salt 3 g (1/2 tsp) 盐3克

Bake in preheated oven at 160℃/320℉ for 22 -25 minutes or until top golden brown
预热好的烤箱160/320华氏度烤22-25分钟至表面发黄
