CORIANDER LEAVES – 2 TABLESPOON
CURRY LEAF – 8 TO 10 LEAVES
POTATO (MEDIUM) – 1, GRATED
DAHI / CURD – ½ CUP
ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS – ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER – ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
SALT – 1 TSP
SUJI – 1 CUP
ENO FRUIT SALT – 1 TSP

TOMATO GARLIC CHUTNEY
TOMATO (MEDIUM) – 3, WHOLE
ONION – 2, MEDIUM SIZE
GARLIC – ¼ CUP + 5 TO 6 CLOVES
GREEN CHILLI – 5, WHOLE
SALT – 1 + 1.5 TSP
GINGER – ½ INCH
EDIBLE OIL – 3 TABLESPOON
ASAFOETIDA – ¼ TSP
CUMIN SEEDS – 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER – 2 TSP
LEMON JUICE – 1 TABLESPOON
