Super Soft and Tasty Sausage Bread Easy and Delicious
超松软的香肠面包,几分钟就把面团搞定,不用揉膜,面包非常松软好吃,隔天也不硬,太香太好吃了。
Ingredients 配方:
Dough 面团:
Fresh milk 110 ml 鲜牛奶110毫升
All-purpose flour or bread flour 220 g 1.5 cup +1 tbsp 中筋面粉或高筋面包粉220克
instant yeast 3 g 1 tsp 高活性酵母3克
Granulated Sugar 15 g / 1 tbsp 白糖15克
salt 3 g 1/2 tsp 盐3克
whole egg 52 g 鸡蛋1个,带皮重52克
Olive oil or other vegetable oil 15 ml 1 tbsp 橄榄油或其他植物油15毫升
Garlic sauce 蒜蓉酱:
garlic 4 cloves 20 g 蒜4瓣 20克
unsalted butter 20 g at room temperature 室温无盐黄油20克
Granulated Sugar 3 g 1/2 tbsp 白糖3克
salt 1.5 g 1/4 tsp 盐1.5克
Mayonnaise 7 ml 1/2 tbsp 美乃滋(蛋黄酱)1勺7毫升
3 -6 sausages 3-6根香肠
Bake in preheated oven at 17℃/340℉ for 15 minutes or until brownish top
预热好的烤箱17℃/340华氏度烤15分钟至表面发黄
