15 g dark rum

20g sugar-Add water and caramelize it
50g whipping cream
10g butter
30g granulated sugar
0.5g salt
Add all ingredients and heat to 120 ° C
➢Cannelé
250g milk
1/2 vanilla pod
65g all-purpose flour
110g sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
25g melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
60g dark rum
➢Directions:
Mix the flour and sugar first and then add the egg, egg yolk, and a small amount of the liquid ingredients then mix it well.
Add the rest of the liquid ingredients, melted butter and liqueur, and then let it rest overnight in a refrigerator.
Before baking, bring the dough to room temperature and mix it well, then divide it into oiled molds and bake.
You can make 7 cannelés with a 5.5 cm mold.
