Ingredients :
150g (2/3 cup) butter（牛油）
110g (1/2 cup ) caster sugar （细砂糖）
1 egg（鸡蛋）- grade A
1/2 tsp vanilla extract （香草精）
200g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour （普通面粉）
50g (1/2 cup) corn flour/corn starch （玉米粉）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
30g (1/2cup) instant cereal （麦片）

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以170°C烤20分钟。
