玛格丽特曲奇非常简单,即使烘焙小白也都能在家自己做。这个曲奇一口一个,大人孩子都非常喜欢,尤其是我二女儿非常喜欢,所以平时会做一些放在密封罐子里面,给她们当作零食。
玛格丽特曲奇需要用到的是熟蛋黄,这也是这个曲奇的特色所在,因为添加了很多黄油,所以非常的酥,一捏就碎。我给的量大概可以做54个小曲奇。
🍪食材
* 2pcs 熟蛋黄
* 100g 无盐黄油 7tbsp
* 60g 糖粉 1/2cup+1tsp
* 100g 玉米淀粉 3/4cup+1tbsp+1tsp
* 100g 低筋面粉 3/4cup+1tsp

烤箱预热170°C (340°F) 烤15分钟

* 100g Cornstarch 3/4cup+1tbsp+1tsp
* 100g Cake flour 3/4cup+1tsp

Preheat the Oven at 170°C (340°F) bake for 15 minutes
