SALT – ½ TSP
DAHI / CURD – ½ CUP
SUJI / RAVA – ¼ CUP
CURRY LEAF – 5 – 6 LEAVES (CHOPPED)
DRIED RED CHILLI – 2, FINELY CHOPPED
EDIBLE OIL – 1 TSP
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS – 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI – 2, FINELY CHOPPED
DRIED RED CHILLI – 1, WHOLE
CURRY LEAF – 8 TO 10 LEAVES
CORIANDER LEAVES (CHOPPED)

DESI GHEE – 1 TSP
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS – 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS – ½ TSP
HING / ASAFOETIDA – ¼ TSP
GREEN CHILLI – 2, SPLIT IN HALF
ONION (MEDIUM) – 1, CHOPPED
CURRY LEAF – 8 TO 10 LEAVES
TOMATO (MEDIUM) – 2, CHOPPED
CARROT – 1, CHOPPED
CAPSICUM (BIG) – 1/2, CHOPPED
BOTTLE GOURD – 1/3, CHOPPED
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER – ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER – 1 TSP
SALT – 1 TSP
TAMARIND – 1 TABLE SPOON
TUR DAL – ½ CUP (SOAKED FOR 15 MIN)
