Siew Pao Recipe / Baked BBQ Bun/ Siu Bao 烧包食谱 | 怎么做烧包
Freshly baked Delicious Siew Pao Recipe that you can try at home. Also known as Baked BBQ Bun/ Siu Bao, made using self-made BBQ fillings, wrapped in a golden outer crust with sesame seeds and buttery flaky layered crust inside. A favourite and savoury traditional pastry of many nowadays.
新鲜出炉的美味烧包食谱,您可以在家自己尝试做。使用自制的馅料,包裹在金黄色芝麻的外皮中,而且里面带有层次感的牛油香酥皮。是当今许多人喜欢和最美味的点心。
▶️ Fillings Ingredients (内馅材料)
Chicken Breast Meat 鸡胸肉200g
Light Soy Sauce 生抽 1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 黑酱油 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil 麻油 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 蚝油 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil 食油 20g
Chopped Garlic 蒜头切碎 10g
Chopped Onion 洋葱切碎 50g
Pinch of Pepper Powder 胡椒粉少许
Caster Sugar 细纱糖 1 tbsp
Corn Starch Water 玉米淀粉水
Some Water 适量水调浓稠度
(Adjustable 依照各人喜好)
大约 About 20g each
▶️ Water dough (水皮面团)
Plain Flour 普通面粉 110g
Caster Sugar 细纱糖 15g
Salt 盐 2g
Butter 牛油 30g
Water 清水 50ml
(for 10 portions 分成十份用)
▶️ Oil dough (油皮面团)
Plain Flour 普通面粉 80g
Butter 牛油 50g
(for 10 portions 分成十份用)
▶️ Decoration (装饰)
White Sesame Seeds 白芝麻
Egg Yolks Liquid 蛋黄液 刷面
⏰1st Layer Egg Yolks Liquid 第一层蛋黄液
Preheat oven to 200°C and bake around 15 minutes.
烤箱预热至 200°C,烘烤约 15 分钟。
⏰2nd Layer Egg Yolks Liquid with Sesame Seeds 第二层蛋黄液加白芝麻
Preheat oven to 200°C and bake around 20 minutes.
烤箱预热至 200°C,烘烤约 20 分钟。
