Making a Wooden Bluetooth Speaker

With the help of my Patrons I managed to get a new lathe for the shop and needed a simple little project to learn my way around it.
So I took a cheap Bluetooth speaker and replaced it's plastic enclosure with one turned from a piece of plum firewood.
It had some deep unexpected cracks under the bark which I filled with Superglue, but I really love the color of this wood and the contrast it has with the plastic parts, so I had to use it.
A big thanks to my patrons, which made this possible! If you'd like to support my channel you can do it here: https://www.patreon.com/TheSmallWorkshop
