今天来揭晓上期让大家猜的分层蛋糕就是很受欢迎,多人要求的 Ondeh Ondeh Cake斑斓椰糖椰丝蛋糕。松软湿润的椰奶斑斓戚风蛋糕,夹着蓬松清新的斑斓椰糖奶油糖霜,里面藏着满满用马六甲黑糖炒香的鲜椰丝,淋上浓厚的马六甲黑糖浆,每一口都很湿润。椰丝,黑糖和斑斓混合口味清新不腻,口感丰富。糖霜的天然斑斓绿,加上外层裹上雪白鲜椰丝,看起来像巨型Ondeh Ondeh椰丝糯米球。本身和男友本来不爱吃椰丝的,都很喜欢这个蛋糕,不可思议也难以抗拒的好吃。建议大家用鲜细幼椰丝来做,会比冷冻粗大椰丝好吃很多。
收藏方式:做好收普通冰箱冷藏2-3天内吃完,冷冻可以收较久,吃前放回普通冰箱隔夜解冻。

Today, I will announce the layered cake that I’ve asked all of you to guess in the last episode is the popular Ondeh Ondeh Cake, requested by many people. The soft moist Coconut Milk Pandan Chiffon Cake, sandwiched with fluffy refreshing Gula Melaka Pandan Whipped Cream Frosting, loaded with fresh grated coconut sauteed with Gula Melaka/Palm Sugar, topped with thick Gula Melaka Caramel, every bite is so moist. The blending flavor of coconut, Gula Melaka and Pandan is refreshing with rich texture. The natural pandan green frosting, combined with snow white fresh grated coconut, looks like a giant Ondeh Ondeh/Coconut Glutinous Rice Ball. My boyfriend and I personally didn't like to eat coconut, yet both of us like this cake very much, incredible and irresistible. Highly recommend to use fresh finely grated coconut to make this recipe, will be a lot better than frozen coarsely grated coconut.
Storage Method: Chill in the normal fridge eat within 2-3 days, and freeze it to store longer. Before eating, place it in normal fridge to thaw overnight.

140克 鲜椰丝

200克 马六甲黑糖
100克 水

少许 盐

2茶匙 马六甲黑糖浆
2汤匙 烧水

=白椰丝外层=
125克 鲜椰丝
¼茶匙/少许 盐
2 斑斓叶
(中大火蒸10分钟)

=斑斓黑糖奶油糖霜=
500毫升 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
2汤匙 马六甲黑糖浆 (分两次加入)
4茶匙 浓缩斑斓汁
2汤匙 糖粉

=Coconut Fillings=
80g Gula Melaka/Palm Sugar
45g Water
1 Pandan Leaf
Pinch of Salt
140g Fresh Grated Coconut

=Gula Melaka Caramel=
200g Gula Melaka/Palm Sugar
100g Water
2 Pandan Leaves
Pinch of Salt

=Simple Syrup=
2tsp Gula Melaka Caramel
2Tbsp Hot Water

=White Coconut Coating=
125g Fresh Grated Coconut
¼tsp/Pinch of Salt
2 Pandan Leaves
(Medium High Heat Steam for 10minutes)

=Gula Melaka Pandan Whipped Cream Frosting=
500ml Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold)
2Tbsp Gula Melaka Caramel (divide into two addition)
4tsp Concentrated Pandan Juice
2Tbsp Icing Sugar
