Sous Vide CHICKEN and BACON Brazilian Churrascaria Style - Brazilian CAIPIRINHA National Cocktail
A little get together in my house over the weekend and I made some Brazilian Chicken and Bacon churrascaria style and wanted to share this with you guys. You know me and chicken actually poultry don't get a long very much but this one turned out better than BBQ so I decided I had to make a video. Its really juicy chicken and the bacon crisps up really nice on a cast iron. I am also making the Brazilian National Drink, Caipirinha on this video and hope you enjoy it.
HOW I COOKED CHICKEN AND BACON SOUS VIDE
The chicken kabob style were cooked at 149°F / 65°C for 1hr.
INGREDIENTS I USED FOR SOUS VIDE CHICKEN AND BACON
* 3 Chicken Breast
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to Taste
* 1 Lime (Juice Only)
* 1 package of bacon

* 4 tbs of Sugar
* 2 Shoots of Cachaça (Brazilian Vodka Kind of lol)
