🍞Ingredients
1. Custard Cream Sauce
2pcs Egg Yolk
20g Caster sugar 1.6tbsp
15g Corn starch 2tbsp
160g Milk 10.5tbsp
3ml Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
2. Bread Dough
3g Instant yeast 1tsp
135g Whole milk 0.56cup
200g Bread flour 1.27cup
1.5g Salt 1/4tsp
25g Caster sugar 2tbsp
30g Dough start
20g Softened unsalted butter 1.41tbsp
3.Dough starter :
70ml Water 1/4cup+3/4tbsp
1g Yeast 1/4tsp
100g All-purpose flour 1/2cup+3tbsp
1g Salt 1/8tsp
* Preheat the Oven at 180°C (360°F) bake for 15 minutes

烤箱预热180°C(360°F),放在烤箱中层,烤15分钟
