There are many simple exercises you can do at home in order to improve your strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. The problem with some at-home workout routines or quick exercise routines is that you might be doing the wrong kind of exercise. Good thing we have 10 minute great exercises that will improve your cardio and core strength. So please perform each exercise properly. The cardio-ab routine requires no equipment and can be done anywhere. This cardio and toning combo will boost your heart rate, sculpt your gorgeous core, and rev your metabolism. To get the most out of your workout and properly work your cardio and abs:
👉 Engage your core throughout the routine.
👉 As you perform each exercise, focus on contracting your abdominal muscles, like bracing for a solid bunch to your stomach.
👉 Aim to do the entire routine, resting as needed between sets.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
