Haha let me tell you - this workout is no joke. The original routine I designed was so hard, that even I struggled towards the end. My Instagram Community decided with 60% majority to make the routine a little easier - so we actually have a chance to survive those 10min :D

= NOW we have an intense (but manageable routine) to built serious core strength.
And of course, sliding with socks is a fun twist to our usual bodyweight routines :) Don't wear white socks tho, unless you want to see how dirty your floor was before :D

Equipment: Socks or Sliders

No breaks, no noise & not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't fully quit! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.
