Continuing our Intermediate Series for Cycle 2, we will do Bicep & Tricep combined on Wednesday. Of course if you started your week on a different day other than Monday simply do the exercises in sequence and order as they appear, and repeat the full week for at least 4 weeks.
Make sure you stretch before workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Tricep Push Down (Rope)
5 Sets of 15 Reps
Skull Crushers / Tricep Press
5 Sets of 10/10 Reps
Overhead Tricep Extension
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Tricep Kick Back
4 Sets of 25 Reps
Alternate Dumbbell Curl
3 Sets of 8 Reps
Alternate Dumbbell Curl (Incline Bench)
3 Sets of 8 Reps
Alternate Hammer Curl
3 Sets of 8 Reps
