A tried and tested routine for INSANE pump and Completely ROUND shoulders.
A great routine to add in your GYM ARSENAL!
Following is what we performed in this routine.
Shoulder Press (Behind the Neck)
4 sets of 8 reps
Side Raises
6 sets of 25 reps
Bend over Delt fly
3 sets of 12 reps
Dumbbell Shrugs
6 sets of 8-10 reps
Face Pulls (Mid Pully)
3 sets of 12 reps
Upright Row (Mid Pully)
4 sets of 10 reps
