Orange halua? yes it may sound very weird but trust me once you try this halua, you would fall in love with it. This recipe was made by me as an experiment but once the halua was made I was kinda shocked by the taste of it. The main process is like Bombay Karachi halwa but with added orange juice. It takes only 15 minutes to make and doesn't need tons of ingredients. This recipe will be loved by anyone, especially by the kids.


Ingredients:

Orange Juice 1.5 cup
Corn Starch 1/2 cup
sugar 1 cup
water 1/2 cup
lemon juice 2 tsp
Food color 1 pinch
Ghee 4 tbsp ( 1 tbsp 4 times)
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
