Ingredients:
Milk 180g
Unsalted butter 30g
Glutinous rice flour 100g
Corn flour 30g
Sugar 20g

Glutinous rice flour 60g (pan fry) for loose powder (you only need around 20g in this recipe,store for later use)

Whipped cream 250g
Some diced fruits or Oreo cookies

Wrapping skin: Steam with boiling water water around 15 minutes
Add butter and knead till all absorbed.
Refrigerate dough around 4 hours or overnight then shape and wrap.

用料:
牛奶180克
无盐黄油30克
糯米粉100克
玉米淀粉30克
糖20克
糯米粉(炒熟成手粉用)此配方大概消耗20克,剩余熟糯米粉可保存起来便于将来利用。(因为20克粉不太好炒,所以这里才多做了一些)
鲜奶油 250克
水果丁和奥利奥饼干 适量(可以包入整颗草莓,更方便)
大福皮:开水上锅蒸大约15分钟即可
趁热拌入黄油并揉至全部吸收
冰箱冷藏4小时或隔夜,拿出后再擀皮包馅料
