●Chocolate Cake
- Frying pan size 25cm (10in)
Cooking surface 18cm (7in)
1 Pear - Optional
140g Black chocolate
75g Unsalted butter（Both salted butter and unsalted butter can be used）
75g Sugar
2 Eggs
50g flour (Either cake flour or all purpose flour is fine)
1tsp Baking powder

45g Whipping cream or Milk 15g
15g Sugar
30g Black chocolate
