Ingredients:
Beef mince (70% mince+30% fats) 1/2 kg
Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 3/4 cup
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 2 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Directions:
In a bowl add mince, tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, butter, egg, gram flour, coriander seeds, pomegranate seed, red chili flakes, turmeric, garam masala powder and salt.
Mix all these ingredients nicely and marinate this mixture for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Grease your hands and make thin circle shapes from mince.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry your chapli kabab from each side for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame.
Serve your delicious chapli kabab with raita and enjoy.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
Serving: 4-5
