Daniel shows you how to make Korean Style Pork Ribs. They are down-right finga-licking good! In Korea, it is quite common to braise ribs in this fashion (called Jjim). I will show you how to do it at home.
I also paired it with Korean Radish salad. As you may know, radish is filled with liquid. You combine that with some hot pepper flakes, vinegar and sweetness and you got yourself a natural kick-ass salad! It will refresh your palate :) Enjoy guys!
