A recipe “stolen” from the Italian restaurants - made of pork meat and pastry dough!

Ingredients:
pork meat - 450 g (15.9 oz)
oil - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
rosemary - 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic - 1 clove
Cook over medium fire for 15 min

for the saute:
onion - 150 g (5.3 oz)
mushrooms - 250 g (8.8 oz)
salt - 12 g (0.42 oz)
black pepper - 8 g (0.29 oz)
prosciutto - 120 g (4.23 oz)
pastry dough - 300 g (10.6 oz)
beaten egg - 1 piece
Tray size 35 X 35 cm (14 x 14 in)
IN THE OVEN 170 °C (337 °F)/25 minutes
